Although the product consists only of the rear section, it achieves high performance with quiet operation and increased power. Curled End and Tone Hole -The exhaust outlet features a double-pipe structure, a characteristic of Apio mufflers. The outer pipe does not get hot, ensuring safety. Furthermore, the outlet is curled inward, preventing injury to clothing or skin if it comes into contact with it. A tone hole is installed at the bottom of the outer pipe to eliminate exhaust noise. Proof of compliance with new standards: "Certification Plate" - A certification plate is welded to the bottom of the muffler. Both the Jimny Nomad JC74-MT and AT models have passed the pre-certification tests and comply with the new muffler standards pre-certification system. Equipped with "Jet Stream Fins" - The Jet Stream Fins, the series' most distinctive feature, are installed inside the Apio Shizuka Gozen muffler series. At low RPMs, they prevent excessive exhaust flow and increase torque, while at medium to high RPMs, they create a vortex effect in the exhaust, significantly increasing exhaust flow velocity. This effect results in superb acceleration and responsiveness. Furthermore, the silencer's inner lining uses corrosion-resistant stainless steel mesh, which is then wrapped in super glass wool to achieve both excellent exhaust efficiency and noise reduction. |
