BORE: 87mm, Stroke: 77.7mm, Compression (t=1.2): 8.7, RPM: 9000rpm, Capacity: 2,771cc (1) Piston kit Piston weight: 334g Thinning has been achieved by using A2618 material, which is resistant to high temperature strength. By adopting a bridge structure, the rigidity has been increased structurally. By optimizing the profile, the height of the skirt has been shortened and the weight has been reduced. By shortening the piston pin, the weight of the boss is reduced. Friction is reduced by a two-layer coating of fluororesin and molybdenum. (2) Crankshaft stroke 77.7 mm Uses a special forging material. In addition, by using a full counter, the rotation balance is good and high rotation is possible. Response is improved by reducing the weight by removing the light from the pin journal and the center. (3) Connecting rod Uses a special forging material. It has an H cross section so that it can withstand a strong explosion load. WPC treatment is applied to the surface to improve fatigue strength. |
