By storing the Super Power Flow main body in the box, the influence of hot air in the engine room can be suppressed, and the intake air temperature can be kept low and stable. The installation position of the air flow meter has not been changed from the stock position to meet the stock control, while the second intake duct has been added to reduce the ventilation resistance during intake. By adopting a clear smoke color for the upper case of the box, it casually appeals the presence of super power flow while tightening the engine room. ●Carbon suction pipe The material used is 3K* twill weave carbon prepreg* on the surface and UD* prepreg on the inside using a hot press manufacturing method. A silicone bag is used inside the pipe, and the hardening process is performed at high pressure and high temperature. This achieves high strength in addition to the smooth inner surface of the pipe. Allows air to flow smoothly while maintaining sufficient strength. The connection with the intake box is made of silicon, which has sufficient resistance to the high temperature of the engine room. The smooth inner surface reduces the occurrence of inhalation resistance. In addition, the core wire is placed in the center to suppress deformation due to negative pressure and improve reliability. * 3K: 3,000 carbon fibers Prepreg: A sheet containing thermosetting resin in the fibers in advance UD: Unidirectional carbon fiber. UD realizes high strength by changing the lamination direction and laminating multiple sheets. ● Air intake duct Intake resistance is reduced by adopting a one-piece structure with no joints inside by blow molding. Aiming to reduce the resistance at the maximum flow rate, the narrowest part is equivalent to about Φ87.5mm, whereas the genuine one is about Φ50mm.
