VB/VN, BT5, SK5,/VMG/VM4, SJG, BMG/BRG series general purpose By adopting a special reed valve structure, the crankcase internal pressure control valve system suppresses the increase in internal pressure in the crankcase and keeps it in a slightly reduced state of pressure, and normally, in reciprocating internal combustion engines, the pressure in the crankcase increases with the piston moving up and down and the body temperature rises, and a small positive pressure state (about 1~3kPa) exists as part of the engine resistance value as an internal engine loss.The T-REV BP system adopts a special one-way valve based on a reed valve type that has excellent tracking of continuous pressure fluctuations, and is set to maintain a slight depressurization state (approximately -5~-10kPa at idle) in the operating state by enabling appropriate and accurate pressure control in response to repeated pressure fluctuations at high speeds. It provides an overall improvement in engine response, drivability, and low drag. |
