A drop in the intake air temperature improves output, but in actual driving, the significant decrease in flow speed reduces the accelerator response and degrades drivability. \u003cbr\u003eIn order to realize moderate size and flow resistance with good heat exchange efficiency without sacrificing accelerator response, we repeated trial and error such as changing the shape of the side tank and core, and achieved a balance between output and drivability. N-ONE's air duct has two functions: guiding air to the intercooler and engine intake. However, since the main focus is on cooling the intercooler, the air intake is placed in the engine room and always takes in hot air from the engine room. \u003cbr\u003eWe changed the intake duct to a forward-facing two-layer structure so that the intercooler can be cooled and the engine intake can be done from near the front grille.
